Always Pushing Through?

For years, I lived by the no-pain-no-gain mindset.

As trainer and athlete myself, I thought pushing harder was
the answer to everything. But instead, I ended up injured, exhausted, and stuck in survival mode.

Then came my wake-up call. Working in a private rehab clinic,
I saw firsthand how patients—and even employees—were treated like numbers.

I was sick every two months, on the edge of burnout, and completely drained.

So, I quit. I moved to Portugal to rebuild my life on my own terms.

But being a solopreneur came with its own struggles—insomnia, anxiety, racing thoughts at 3 AM. I know exactly what it’s like to wake up feeling like a zombie and just trying to get through the day.

That’s when I turned to Applied Neuroscience and Nervous System Training. I used the exact tools I now teach my clients to restore my energy, sharpen my focus, and get my sleep back on track.
